Yes, Laundrykhalas collects from guests here. We are separate from the hotel. Message us on WhatsApp, and if you are out for an appointment the front desk can keep your bag for the driver. Write your surname and room number on it and tell us it is ready.

Give the hotel name, your name, your room number and a rough list. A line such as a jacket, three shirts and a bag of tees is already a complete order, with no form to fill in. A quote reaches you within minutes.

The same day, if the suit is with us before 12 noon. Anything arriving later is delivered the following day on a hanger, still pressed and covered.

Yes. IHG agreed in November 2011 with MOBH Group to run the 210-bedroom Excelsior Creek Hotel as a Holiday Inn. Guests find it under either name, and our driver knows both.

Holiday Inn Bur Dubai Embassy District used to be the Excelsior Creek Hotel. In November 2011 IHG agreed with MOBH Group to run the 210-bedroom hotel under the Holiday Inn name, and directories give 2009 as the year it was built. It stands on Khalid Bin Waleed Road in Al Hamriya, near BurJuman and about 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Guests often send us suits for meetings, and Royal Ascot Hotel is a short walk away.
