No, reception can hand the bag over for you. Label it with your name and room number, then tell us in the chat, and the finished order goes back to the desk. That works well when you are out on the course at pickup time.

Vida Emirates Hills by the golf courses
Emaar Hospitality Group opened Vida Emirates Hills in June 2019 as an upscale lifestyle hotel of 160 rooms, the third Vida in Dubai. It stands near the Emirates Golf Club, with some rooms facing the courses, and within reach of the Montgomerie course at Address Montgomerie. Rooms have Apple TV and round-the-clock room service, and the restaurants are Origins, Junipers and the Stage2 lobby lounge. Golfers and families staying here mostly send us polos, towels and shoes.
