Yes, any guest can use Laundrykhalas. We are an independent laundry and dry cleaning service. We collect from the lobby, clean at our own plant and deliver back, whoever runs the hotel, using the same prices as everywhere else in Dubai.

Our WhatsApp number is +971 50 384 1660. Message it from your room with your name, room number and what you want cleaned. A person replies with a price, and the driver is at the lobby within the hour, whether you write at breakfast or after the late show at the opera.

Everyone pays the same rates. Everyday clothes are charged by weight and formal clothes by item, so a bag of casual clothes costs far less than listing every shirt. The chat quote is final, and a delivery fee is never added above AED 30.

Laundrykhalas collects from hotels across Dubai. Unlike a shop, the service comes to you. Reception can hold the bag, the driver collects it, and the cleaned order returns to the same desk, which suits guests who are out shopping or in meetings.

Casual clothes are priced by weight. A 6kg bag costs AED 60 and a 12kg bag AED 99, with extra kilos at AED 12. Shirts and trousers cost AED 15 and AED 18 for dry cleaning, or AED 9 and AED 12 if you only want them pressed.

Yes, formal wear gets special care. Dresses are cleaned for AED 40 or AED 65 for evening wear, and sherwanis for AED 70. The Waldorf Astoria DIFC side of town is on our route too, so delivery to any Dubai address is easy.

Yes, ask for unscented washing. We use a mild, skin-friendly detergent for the whole order, with no extra charge. It suits babies, children and anyone sensitive to scented laundry, and baby items are AED 6 each.
