Swissotel Al Ghurair opened in February 2018 inside the Al Ghurair Centre complex in Deira, after Al Ghurair Properties and AccorHotels agreed in 2017 to bring the Swissotel brand to the UAE. It has 428 rooms and 192 Swissotel Living apartments, a 20,000 sq ft spa, a pool and tennis courts, and six meeting rooms plus the Al Khor Ballroom. Landmark Grand Hotel is across the road, and guests mostly send us business wear and gala outfits.
