Tell us your flight and we set a pickup time that works backwards from it. Because Expo City is far out, planning ahead helps more here than it does in town. These are the usual days out for guests of Rove Expo City.
Will the bag be home before my flight?
Enter the departure time. The calculation allows 3 hours at the airport for international flights, then the long drive from Expo City.
The taxi to Dubai International Airport takes about 50 to 70 minutes from Expo City; Al Maktoum International Airport is much nearer, at about 20 to 30 minutes.

Times are a guide. Same-day dry cleaning can come back as late as 11 pm, so send your flight time on WhatsApp and we will confirm the return before the driver comes.

There is no app; you book on WhatsApp. Send the hotel, your name, your room and a rough list of items. Laundrykhalas is separate from the hotel, so the chat shows the price before any pickup is agreed, and the room bill stays untouched.

Usually yes. A suit collected on one agreed run is normally returned on the next, within a day. Plan it with us in the chat, since the exact time depends on the pickup we agree.

Rove lists a self-service laundromat in the hotel, and we do not run one. Our drivers collect your bag and return it folded, so you do not need to spend an exhibition evening watching a washing machine. Premier Inn Investments Park guests do the same.

No. There is no fuel or distance surcharge. Collection and delivery are free once an order passes AED 30. The only difference is that we agree the time with you rather than promising an hour.

Rove Expo City inside Expo City Dubai
Rove Expo City, which opened as Rove Expo 2020, was the only hotel on the Expo 2020 Dubai site, opening to the public on 1 October 2021, the day the Expo began. It has about 330 rooms and suites, a rooftop pool and sundeck above Al Wasl Plaza, a 24-hour gym and a Rove café, and it stayed open as part of Expo City after the Expo closed in March 2022. Guests send us event shirts and swimwear. Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai is the nearest hotel we also serve.
