FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
At the time you pick in the chat. The hotel is far from our usual routes, so the collection time is set jointly. Choose an hour when you are back from the parks, and the driver will be in the lobby at that moment, whatever the day.
- Time fixed on WhatsApp
- Driver meets you at reception
- Return time confirmed with it
Yes, reception can hold it for the driver. Mark the bag with a name and room number and message the chosen time. The driver collects from the desk and brings the clean order back there, so nobody has to wait in the room all afternoon.
- Name and room on the bag
- Collected at the chosen time
- Returned to the desk
Weighed bags start low, and smart clothes cost per piece. Washing is charged by weight and shirts and trousers by item. Whatever figure the chat shows is the final one, and an order above AED 30 is collected without a fee, which keeps a family stay affordable.
- 6kg or 12kg bags
- Shirt AED 15, trousers AED 18
- Free delivery above AED 30
Most price every item from a list. We mix weight for everyday clothes with item prices for suits and dresses. That makes a bag of ride-day clothes far cheaper than listing every sock, and you see the total before collection.
- Everyday clothes weighed
- Formal clothes by item
- Total shown in advance
It starts at AED 60 for a 6kg bag. A 12kg bag is AED 99 and each extra kilo AED 12. Ironing starts at AED 9 for a shirt on a hanger, and dry cleaning at AED 15 for a shirt.
- 6kg bag AED 60
- 12kg bag AED 99
- Shirt dry cleaning AED 15
Yes, sneakers are cleaned by hand. A pair costs AED 55 and takes two to four days. If your stay is short, we deliver them to a Dubai address afterwards, so nothing has to be packed dirty.

- Waterproofing spray AED 20
- Delivery elsewhere on request
Yes, both are washed and folded. Both are rinsed free of chlorine and sand, and swimwear is laid flat to dry so it keeps its stretch. Keep damp items sealed until the driver comes, and tell us about anything delicate or brightly dyed.
- Swimwear AED 12
- Towels AED 6
- Returned within a day
Yes, ask when you book. We switch the whole order to a mild, unscented detergent and add no charge. Baby clothes cost AED 6 each and are pressed gently, which suits sensitive skin and young children.
- Price unchanged
- Baby items AED 6
- Say so in your first message
Yes, including the LEGOLAND Hotel. We visit LEGOLAND Hotel and LAPITA in the same run, so times can often be matched. Prices and booking are identical at each hotel, and the same number answers for all three.
- One price list
- One WhatsApp number
- Times chosen in the chat
Message us and we move it. Rides run late and queues are long, so a new time is never a problem. Write the change in the same chat as early as you can, and the driver comes when you are actually back, at no extra cost.
- A new time costs nothing
- The driver is told straight away
- Return time is updated to match
