Yes, the reception team can keep a tagged bag safe for the driver. Put your name and room on it and message us. When the order is finished it goes back to that desk, and a text tells you it has arrived, so you never need to wait in.

It costs AED 10 a kilo for 6kg. At 12kg it drops to about AED 8 a kilo, and drying and folding are included in both. Anything above 12kg is charged at AED 12 for each extra kilo, so large family bags remain easy to price.
