Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel stands opposite BurJuman Centre on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street. It was announced in 2010 as the first Dubai property of Staywell Hospitality Group, with around 380 rooms, a rooftop pool, a nightclub and Kris With A View restaurant on the 19th floor.
