Leave the bag with reception and message us. Reception is a good place for it, so long as the bag carries your room number. The driver takes it from the desk and returns it there when clean, with a text to tell you. Whether you are in the stables or at the pool, nothing more is asked of you.

Yes, washable kit goes in a weighed bag and boots are cleaned by hand. Arena dust and stable straw come out in the wash, and sweat-soaked shirts return fresh. Leather boots need two to four days to dry properly, so hand them over early in the stay.

Yes, we collect at the resort, so you do not need to travel. Guests at ibis Styles Dragon Mart and Premier Inn Dragon Mart can also book, since the price depends on the garment and not the location.

Yes. The vans drive every day and the chat stays open through the night. An evening message is picked up on the next pass, normally inside the hour, or whenever you name. Warsan is on our regular route, so there is no special trip or extra fee.

Melia Desert Palm is a five-star boutique resort on a former polo estate on Al Awir Road in Warsan 2, about 20 km from central Dubai. Michelin lists 38 rooms, while AMI counts 39.
