Will everything arrive before I fly home?
Pick when your flight leaves. Allow around three hours before an overseas departure, then add the road journey, a slow one when the Marina empties after work.
The road transfer from the Marina to Dubai International Airport normally takes 40 to 55 minutes, with Al Maktoum International about 30 to 40 minutes away.

No, reception can keep your labelled bag. Mark the bag with your name and suite, leave it at the desk and mention it in the chat. The driver collects it there, and the cleaned order returns the same way, so a boat trip or a long dinner never blocks the handover.

Washing begins at AED 60. Larger families usually pick a 12kg load, which costs AED 99. Garments that need dry cleaning are charged per piece, and the figure in your chat is the final one, with nothing added later for fuel or distance, wherever on the waterfront you are staying.

Yes, all along the Marina. Our cars also visit Hilton Dubai The Walk and Grosvenor House Dubai, so a friend staying elsewhere can book with the same number, at identical prices, and ask for the order to be sent to either building.

Yes, but plan one to two weeks. Bridal gowns, sherwanis and flower girl dresses need careful handwork, so the clock runs longer than for a suit. If your event is on the last night, send the outfit early, or let us return it to your home address after you fly.
