No, there is no charge. Put it in your opening message. Towels, swimwear and everything else in the order then get unscented detergent, which suits children, babies and sensitive skin.

It is in Al Garhoud, next to the Aviation Club. The taxi to the airport takes around 10 to 15 minutes, and rush hour adds a few. Since the airport is so near, you can book washing a day ahead and still have it back in good time.

It was renamed The Creekside Hotel Dubai and is now run by Accor. It opened in 2012 as Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, with 292 rooms and suites. Laundry pickup is unchanged: our driver knows both names, and we are independent of the hotel.

The Creekside Hotel Dubai opened in 2012 as Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, with a soft opening on 1 July as Jumeirah's ninth property in Dubai, and is now an Accor hotel. It has 292 rooms and suites, six restaurants and bars, 26 meeting rooms including a pressroom and screening room, and more than 480 artworks. It stands next to the Aviation Club.
