Yes, the front desk can pass the bag to the driver. Put your room number on it and message us, with your stand number if you are tied up in a hall. You stay on the stand, and a second message tells you when the order starts back.

Our laundry line is WhatsApp +971 50 384 1660. Laundrykhalas runs it independently of the hotel, which also lists a self-service laundry for guests. Write the hotel name, your name, room number and a short list, and a price and pickup hour come back in minutes.

Collected before noon means delivered that night, in time for tomorrow's session. Later pickups return the day after. A suit comes back on a hanger, covered, ready for the keynote.

We collect from ibis One Central and other hotels around the halls. A piece costs AED 12 to AED 120, depending on type. Guests at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai pay the same, and the driver goes through the items with you at the lobby.

Most lanyard marks and catering stains lift in dry cleaning. That is AED 15 a shirt. We check each mark first and send a photo if one may stay, so you decide before the shirt comes back. Pressing alone is AED 9 if the shirt is only creased from standing all day.

It is the third Accor hotel in the Dubai World Trade Centre complex, next to the exhibition centre and a walk from the Metro.
