Yes, the front desk can hold your bag. Write your name and room number on it, then message us on WhatsApp so the driver knows what to ask for. Clean clothes are returned to the same place and a message confirms it.

It depends on the clothes. Casual wear is best by weight; formal clothes are priced by the piece. Many guests place both in a single message and we price them separately, so there is never a need to split one stay into two bookings.

Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District in Deira
Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District opened in April 2019 as the third Hyatt select-service hotel in the UAE, in the Wasl District of Deira next to the Creek. It has 202 rooms including 10 suites, the Gallery Kitchen for breakfast, the Gallery Cafe, a Gallery Market open round the clock, a rooftop pool, a gym and meeting space. Guests are mostly business travellers and short-stay visitors, so we mostly collect shirts, suits and gym clothes.
