Yes, the front desk can pass the bag on. Write your name and room on it and message us. The finished order is returned to reception the same way, in a sealed bag, and the desk can send it up to your room.

Within 60 minutes of your message. Our vans pass through Downtown Dubai every two hours or so, so a booking from the hotel rarely waits long. If you need a particular time, for example before you leave for the Opera, say so in the message and we arrange it.
