The hotel links straight into Festival City Mall and is a few minutes from the airport, so a stay mixes shopping, flights and family days. These are the places where clothes tend to suffer.
Back before the shuttle to the airport?
Enter your departure time. We assume three hours at the terminal for an international flight, and add the short ride out of Festival City.
The airport is near: about 10 to 20 minutes by taxi when the roads are clear.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
The hotel lists a laundry valet; ours is separate. Reception can hold the bag for our driver. Tag the bag with your surname and room, then tell us in the chat. We collect it from the desk and bring it back there.
- The pickup is arranged by message
- Handy before an early check-out
- Clean clothes come on hangers or folded flat
Send the hotel name, your name and room. The WhatsApp line +971 50 384 1660 is ours, not the hotel's. A price and a collection time come back before anything moves, so there is nothing to commit to up front.
- A rough list helps, such as five T-shirts and a suit
- Add a photo if something is stained
- Delivery is free once the order is over AED 30
Yes, if the driver takes it before midday. It is dry cleaned, pressed and brought to Holiday Inn Festival City on a hanger that evening, never later than 11 pm. An afternoon handover means tomorrow instead.
- AED 50 a two-piece suit
- AED 60 a three-piece suit
- Share your schedule in the chat
No need to go anywhere: we come to the lobby. The order returns pressed and ready to wear. Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City guests up the road book the identical service at identical prices.
- Evening dress: AED 65
- Coat pressed: AED 30
- Winter jacket pressed: AED 60
Very close: a taxi to Dubai International takes 10 to 20 minutes. Schedule the laundry return the evening before an early flight, and tell us the flight time so we can work backwards from it. Two to three hours of margin is usual.
- Dry cleaning by noon is back by 11 pm
- Washing takes a day
- Guests of InterContinental Dubai Festival City plan it the same way
Not much. A 6kg bag is AED 60 and 12kg is AED 99, enough for a family's week of mall days. The chat shows the exact total before collection, so there are no surprises when the bag comes back to the room.
- Shirt dry cleaned: AED 15
- Trousers: AED 18
- Delivery free above AED 30
The detergent is ours, so there is nothing to bring, and unscented washing is free. Mention it when you book and the whole bag, the children's clothes included, is washed in unscented detergent with no scented softener.
- Helpful for eczema-prone skin
- No surcharge for the option
- Done in 24 hours like any other wash
It was at opening. IHG and TradeArabia reported it in April 2018 as the UAE's largest Holiday Inn, with 508 rooms, according to those opening reports. The count today may differ, so check with the hotel.
- Three food and beverage outlets at opening
- A pool, fitness centre and four meeting rooms
- We are independent of the hotel
Yes. Uniform shirts can be dry cleaned or washed, and sports kit goes in the weighed bag with everything else. Shoes are cleaned separately and take two to four days, so send them early in the week or on arrival.
