Frequently Asked Questions
No, a handover at the desk is fine. Mark the bag, leave it with reception and send us a line.

- If plans change, one line in the chat moves the collection
- A text follows delivery
Yes, on WhatsApp +971 50 384 1660. It is our own line, open around the clock, with no hotel extension involved and no phone queue.

- A two-piece suit is AED 50, a three-piece AED 60
- Later pickups come back tomorrow
- Tell us your plans in the chat and we time the return
You need not visit one: we collect at the lobby and return it pressed. Guests at The S Hotel Al Barsha a short drive away follow the same routine, so nobody needs to find a shop or carry bags.

- It is an IHG hotel
- Room counts vary by source, from 324 to 335
- We are independent of the hotel
Yes. Kit joins the weighed bag, and trainers are cleaned on their own and returned in two to four days, so a gym week never holds up the shirts. Boots from Sports City and shoes from a track day are both fine.
- Trainers AED 55 a pair
- Kids' shoes AED 35
- Protective spray AED 20
