Grand Millennium Business Bay opened in 2018 and spent 2024 to 2025 as Renaissance Business Bay Hotel under Marriott Bonvoy. In September 2025 The First Group Hospitality announced its rebrand back to Grand Millennium, with 260 rooms and 43 suites, Sofia’s Kitchen and Sorsi Osteria. Holiday Inn Business Bay is the nearest neighbour, and guests mostly send work shirts, suits and canal-side running kit.
