FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, front desks at hotels like this one routinely hold a tagged bag. Add your apartment number to the tag, tell us in the chat, and our driver collects it at the desk. It saves waiting around for a driver's knock.
- Clean laundry is returned the same way
- Tell us if the bag is heavy or large
- Valuables stay with you
Four things: hotel, name, apartment and a rough list. Our number is independent of the hotel, so it is a direct chat with us, and the quote follows at once. Rough numbers are fine, because bags are weighed when we collect them.
- Add flight times if you are leaving
- The quote comes before the van
- Payment is arranged on delivery
It is, when the garment is handed to the driver before noon. Evening delivery follows, and no later than 11 pm. Pressed on a hanger, it arrives uncreased, with no need to iron it again.
- Suit AED 50, blazer AED 40
- Dress AED 40, evening dress AED 65
- After noon, expect it the following day
Between AED 4 and AED 120, depending on the item. Hotel guests at Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments and Dunes Hotel Apartments Barsha pay the same, with the exact price shown in the quote. You can compare the quote with the price list at any time.
- Tie AED 15
- Kandura AED 15
- Abaya AED 18
A weighed bag has one price for casual clothes. Suits and dresses are charged one by one, and a mixed order lists the two parts separately. It is the fairest way to charge for two very different kinds of work.
- Bags from AED 60
- Suit AED 50
- Dress AED 40
Next day. We collect, wash and return within twenty-four hours, as we do at Elite Byblos Hotel and the other hotels around you. Delivery goes to your door or the front desk.
- Towels tumble dried until soft
- Ironed items on hangers
- You are told when the driver is outside
No. It is free and applies to the whole order if you ask. The price stays the same, whether you send one bag or three. We rinse thoroughly so no detergent stays in the fabric.
- Ask once in the chat
- Good for sensitive skin
- Baby items AED 6
Yes. TIME Hotels took over the operation in 2019, and the Time Dunes name is simply the same Al Barsha building.
- Behind Mall of the Emirates
- Studios to a three-bedroom suite
- Laundrykhalas is independent of the hotel
Listings mention fully fitted kitchens in the apartments. Cooking smells settle in sleeves and tea towels, and a wash clears most of them in one cycle.
- Aprons and tea towels can join the bag
- Bath mats AED 10
- Fragrance-free washing on request
Weekly is usual. Most residents send one weighed bag a week and keep dry cleaning for suits and dresses, and a fixed collection day makes it easy to remember.
- 12kg bag AED 99
- Suit AED 50, dress AED 40
- Free delivery above AED 30
