Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel beside Ibn Battuta Mall
Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel opened in December 2019 as an 18-storey Minor Hotels tower with 360 rooms, built by Nakheel beside Ibn Battuta Mall. Fifteen of the rooms are suites. The hotel has a pool deck, an all-day restaurant, a coffee shop and a gym, and the mall and its metro link are a short walk away. Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate is the nearest neighbour, and guests mostly send us holiday clothes and swimwear.
