Yes. Label the bag with your flat number, leave it at the concierge or security desk, and tell us the building name on WhatsApp. The driver signs it out from the desk and brings it back to the same desk, so you do not have to be home for either visit.

Give us your community and villa number when you book. The driver checks in at the main gate like any visitor. If your community wants residents to pre-register visitors, add Laundrykhalas for the slot you picked and the gate lets the driver straight through.

Because January is Dubai's most humid month, at 65.8% on average, and wet fabric can only dry as fast as the air will take the water. Summer has the opposite problem: clothes dry quickly, but the sun fades colours and dust sticks to them while they are still damp. We wash, dry and press everything, so the weather is never your problem.

January Is Dubai's Hardest Month for Drying Clothes
Most people expect summer to be the problem, but Dubai's air holds the most moisture in January. Fabric can only lose water as fast as the air takes it in, so a rack left outside overnight in winter often stays damp by morning.

July and August turn it around. Humidity falls to 54%, so washing dries fast, but the sun is strong enough to bleach dark colours and the dust in the air sticks to fabric that is still damp. Those two months are also the busiest of the year for laundry in Dubai, with a mean daily high of 40.6 degrees. Whatever the month, we wash, dry and press everything and have it back within 24 hours.
