FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and you need not be there. The reception desk can hold the bag until our driver arrives. The hotel has 242 rooms, so a clear tag on the bag counts for more than where you stand.
- Put your surname and room on the tag
- The finished order comes back to the same counter
- Handy after a night flight or a double shift
Give the hotel, your surname and the room. The number +971 50 384 1660 is ours, not the hotel's, so nothing is charged to your room bill.
- A rough list helps, such as three shirts and a bag
- The price is confirmed before the car leaves
- From AED 30 pickup and return are free
Yes, provided the suit is with the driver before 12 noon. A later hand-over returns the next day, which still covers an interview tomorrow morning.
- Two-piece suit AED 50
- Jacket pressed alone AED 25
- Put the interview or flight time in your message
Washing starts at AED 60 for six kilos. Dry cleaning is priced piece by piece. The hotel does not set our rates, and the figure in the chat is the figure you pay.
- Twelve kilos AED 99
- Shirt AED 15 and trousers AED 18
- Every kilo beyond twelve AED 12
Washing is weighed, so a week of clothes fits one 12kg bag at AED 99. A guest staying seven nights adds suits and shirts one by one.
- Beach towel AED 6, swimwear AED 12
- Dry cleaned shirt AED 15
