Yes, delicate fabrics are a large share of Pearl orders. Silk blouses, chiffon dresses and pieces with beading or sequins are cleaned by the method on their care label, kept apart from heavier items, and pressed at a heat the fabric can take. Tell us in the chat if a dress has fragile trims.

- A saree with a silk or zari border is QAR 40.
A two-piece suit costs QAR 50 and a three-piece costs QAR 60. Separate pieces are priced on their own, so a blazer alone is QAR 40 and trousers are QAR 18. Pickup from your tower and the return trip are free, whether you send one jacket or a whole rail.

Yes, most Pearl customers leave garments at the front desk. Message us the tower name and a half-hour slot, hang or bag the clothes with the concierge, and the driver signs them out there. They come back to that desk pressed and on hangers, so nobody needs to be home.

Shirts and suits come back 24 hours after pickup. We send a WhatsApp note when they leave your building and another when they are heading back. Collections run all seven days, so a Thursday handover still gives you a crisp shirt for Sunday morning at the office.

Yes, traditional garments are pressed with the same care as suits. Thobes come back with a sharp line down the front, ghutras are pressed flat and folded, and abayas with embroidery or beading are finished at low heat so the trim is not flattened. Each one returns on its own hanger.

Most suits need cleaning only every few wears, not every week. Cleaning too often wears the cloth, so between cleans a fresh press is usually enough to remove creases from a day in the office. Send the suit for a full clean when it is marked or has picked up smells.

Yes, both neighbours get the same per-item rates. Residents of Al Qassar and Lusail City book through the same WhatsApp number, choose a half hour and hand over at the door or the front desk. There is no extra charge for collecting from either district, just as on the island.
